Villa Cola is a London-based band with a new wave sound. Composed of Paul Bateman (bass), Rayna Dube (vocals), and Alex Watson (drums), their vibe is reminiscent of Blondie and New order with a modern electronic twist. In other words: these guys are pretty much the bee’s knees. Or as the Brits would say, the dog’s bollocks.

She is a devout Muslim girl with a twist. She covers her hair with the traditional hijab, but does so with a flair that any westerner would envy. Color-coordinated and designer labeled, each outfit of hers is bright, colorful and classy, a far cry from the stereotypically demure Muslim woman imprisoned beneath her clothes.
