The corner of Webster x 40th is getting a little bit boujey-er this February with the arrival of a gourmet mac n’ cheese spot, dubbed “Homeroom 510.” I’ve opted to be a gentleman and not editorialize further on the name or thematic nature of the joint. What I will say is this:

I find the notion of a $9 bowl of cheesy noodles to be simultaneously horrifying and fantastic. Won’t lie and say I’m not gonna try the place. but I will do so resentfully.

After all, gentrification makes me skeptical. But I’m a freaking sucker for mac n’ cheese.
